A picture of me!

Hello! I'm Marshall.

I'm a musician turned designer, with a BA in jazz guitar and a MS in Human Computer Interaction and Design from Indiana University.

As a Senior Product Designer, I have become specialized in learning about expert users in complicated domains. I love building enterprise SaaS products, especially if they involve machine learning, data visualization, data management and/or multi-user workflows. Through user research, iteration, and collaboration, I am able to help product teams improve or create user experiences and shape the direction of their products.
